3 points 5 years ago. I am of course talking about my personal list for the top 12 saddest moments in literature. It is a page-turning tale where they come to form a bond like sisters mother-daughter to each other and faced their difficulties bravely.
I still havent really recovered after finishing it a couple of years ago.
It also concerns you Norwegian title. The Kite Runner was really sad Im yet to read A thousand splendid suns but ive heard very good things about it and its on my read list but yes to be completely honest. A lot of parts of this book are funny or absurd and I could do without some of the sections about the spy in drag but its also one of the saddest books Ive ever read. 19 rows Deathly Hallows is sad but I think the saddest book if all time is The Book Thiefits.
